The first few steps of this one were covered in “Souperior Tomato Sauce” (too late to go back on the title now!).
Chop up a block of tofu and stew it in the tomato for a while. Alternatively you could fry the tofu (shallow or deep) but that would be a whole other step.
You can also add nuttelex into this soup to make it just a tad more tasty (oily).
If you like a creamier soup, you can also blend up rice with a little water and optionally nuttelex. Add it to the soup, or pour on afterwards for effect. I skipped this today as I was taking orders pretty much.
UPDATE: I did this with the leftovers, today :) as you can see in the picture above.
Adding rice would be a good idea if you are eating this for anything but dinner. I added some toast croutons.
In the picture to the right there is way too much bread and tofu - ideally you’d have a soupier soup, like in the first picture, with the added creamed rice.
